A little about us

ComplexionTape™ began with a question I couldn’t stop thinking about.

After my first son was born by C-section, I started using silicone scar tape. It’s a well-known way to help improve the appearance of scars, but seeing the change in my own scar still amazed me.

I kept looking at that little strip of silicone and thinking: what else could it do?

That question sent me down a rabbit hole. I learned that silicone could help lock in moisture and soften the appearance of fine lines. At the same time, I was seeing people wear face tape overnight to gently hold their skin in place. Suddenly, I couldn’t stop thinking about putting the two together.

Face tape, but made with silicone. Face tape that could do more for your skin.

I even tried wearing silicone scar tape on my face to see how the idea felt. That’s when I knew what was missing: scar tape was made for scars, not for a nighttime skincare ritual. If I was going to put something on my face before bed, I wanted it to work with the skincare I already loved,

feel easy to wear, and make me feel beautiful, too.

So I set out to make it. Two years of designing, testing, and refining later, ComplexionTape™ was born. It’s the face tape I couldn’t find: medical-grade silicone that gently holds skin in place, helps lock in hydration, and helps soften the appearance of fine lines—all in designs you’ll actually want to wear.
